Distribute, post, or forward this flyer to fellow students, educators, parents, and anyone else that may be interested in the program. The flyer provides a brief explanation of the program, specific session dates, and includes the application link and deadlines. This flyer can also be printed and placed on bulletin boards. 

YYGS Fundraising Guide (PDF)

There are many ways to bridge the financial gap and raise funds to cover remaining costs. Each year, admitted students work with their extended families, friends, neighbors, schools, and community organizations to raise funds for tuition and travel to YYGS. We have put together a “tips” guide to assist your planning activities.

Karen Muhwezi (YYGS 2024) carefully documented her YYGS experience on Substack, sharing photos and videos that captured each moment of the program, including lectures, seminars, talent show, and explorations around campus.

Family at YYGS (PDF)

E’vontè Porter Outterbridge (YYGS 2024) wrote a reflective essay on the meaning of family and how two weeks at YYGS left a resounding impact that re-shaped his personal definition.

YYGS Zine (PDF)

Joy Lin (YYGS 2024) is a talented graphic designer who created an informational zine showcasing the YYGS experience. Her final piece includes hand-drawn photos, and it is best viewed as a two-page display.
